Service Level Agreement

High
Defect / Problem that has high impact to the business flow or majority of the users.

e.g: 


• Application is compromised or defaced. 


• Application is unable to load. 


• Application is unable to load, showing various http 500 series errors.

Medium
Defect / Problem that has medium impact to the business flow or majority of the users.

e.g: 


• Link up to external systems became faulty

Low
Defect / Problem that has minimum or no impact to the business flow or majority of the users.

Technical and User Support

Working Hours

OTG Lab’s service level agreement is based on official working hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm).

High Severity (Off-hours)

In the event a “High” level issue is raised outside of office hours, the issue can be shared directly with the Maintenance & Project Management team through the dedicated WhatsApp group chat.

Resolution Commitment

For all issues reported, OTG Lab will resolve, put best effort and adhere to the response time prescribed above. An issue will be deemed resolved when the reporting party is notified of the resolution made.
