The site guides shoppers through the mall’s most historic brands, allowing them to scan QR codes in‑store to collect points. With a user‑friendly interface and real‑time point tracking, participants enjoyed a gamified shopping experience while exploring Singapore’s retail heritage. The initiative delivered a significant increase in visitor numbers and high engagement rates, with many shoppers completing the trail and redeeming rewards. By blending technology with local culture, OTG Lab helped ION Orchard reenergise the mall environment and strengthen customer loyalty.
