Developed for SUSS-IAL, Lumina15 enables educators to record their teaching sessions, complete reflective surveys and receive AI-generated feedback based on configurable assessment metrics. By combining speech-to-text technology, AI-powered analysis and coach-led feedback, the platform creates a more consistent, data-informed approach to educator development.

OTG Lab developed a centralised platform that records and transcribes teaching sessions, analyses the content against defined performance metrics and generates structured reports for educators and coaches.
