AI Chatbot Funding: Supporting Business Transformation

SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of OTG Lab - Generative AI Customer Engagement, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.

This funding aims to support businesses in leveraging AI-powered chatbots to streamline customer service, automate responses, and provide 24/7 support.

To apply for the PSG Grant, you are required to fulfill these conditions:

Must be registered and operating in Singapore
Minimum 30% Singaporean shareholding
Financially capable to undertake the project
